Artist terms

An application is not a representation agreement.

Submitting material for review creates no exclusivity, sales agency, listing right or payment obligation. Commercial participation begins only after a separate written agreement is accepted by both parties.

Application review

An email conversation about participation is a request for editorial review, not acceptance, representation, exclusivity or a listing agreement.

Images, credit and permissions

Publication requires clear permission for each asset, agreed credit, source, permitted use and a practical withdrawal route.

Availability and record accuracy

Artists remain responsible for keeping published authorship, ownership, representation, availability and artwork details accurate.

Fees, discounts and payout

Any commission, fee, discount, tax, payment or artist-net arrangement must be set out in a separate written agreement before commitment.

Packing and fulfillment

Packing, collection, insurance, customs, delivery evidence, damage handling and payout terms apply only when confirmed in a separate written agreement.

Withdrawal and termination

An artist can request a correction or withdrawal by email. Existing enquiries and record retention must be handled under any applicable written agreement.
