Destination-specific quote
The Artwork accepts enquiries by email. An enquiry does not create an order, charge a payment, or guarantee a delivery price.
Packing and condition record
If an enquiry progresses, the work, origin, destination, packing method, carrier options, insurance and total cost must be confirmed in writing.
Dispatch and delivery
No dispatch begins through this site. Delivery timing and the responsible support contact belong in any later written agreement.
Damage reporting
Condition records, packaging evidence, damage-reporting deadlines and claims ownership must be agreed before shipment.
Applicable return rights
Any cancellation or return right depends on the seller, destination, work type and written terms supplied before payment.
