The commercial catalogue is being prepared. Prices, availability and purchasing remain disabled until each work passes review. How to collect

Copyright

Artists retain rights unless a written agreement says otherwise.

Publication permission should be limited, recorded and revocable as defined in the applicable agreement. A reporting process will identify the work, rights holder, concern and requested action without requiring unnecessary personal information.

Release gate: This page is an operational framework, not an effective legal policy or contract, until legal identity, final wording, and effective date are approved.

Rights ownership

Copyright normally remains with the artist or other recorded rights holder unless a signed agreement states otherwise.

Publication permission

Display permission should identify assets, purpose, channels, territory, duration, credit, modification limits, and withdrawal terms.

Report a concern

A report should identify the content, location, claimed right, evidence, contact route, and requested action.

Review and correction

Credible concerns should be acknowledged, assessed, paused where necessary, and resolved through a dated correction or removal record.
